Moved out in January 2017 · 20 to 29 years · Undergraduate

The apartment is located directly in the city center (3min to Piazza Maggiore ) and everything in the center is in walking distance; there are 2 supermarkets and a small grocery store in the area; The room is spacious and there is enough closet space - its only disadvantage is the gas boiler, that is also located in there and which can be a little noisy. I felt very comfortable & safe in this apartment and everything went smoothly with the landlord - i can only recommend this apartment!

There are many good things about this room and about this apartment, such as the very comfortable size, the number of bathrooms, and the great upkeep of the place, but the best feature of all by far is the location - couldn't have asked for an apartment that is more central and wonderfully sited than this. Highly recommended.

The location is fantastic: 3-4 minutes walk from the Piazza Maggiore, 11 minutes from a large supermarket, 5 minutes from a smaller one, and 2 minutes from a convenience store. The major shopping areas on Via Ugo Bassi and Via Dell'Independenza are very close. My room is a great size, and there is SO MUCH closet and drawer space. The bed is more comfortable than I expected, and the room is nice and dark at night. The building security is also good. The downsides are that there is no dryer, noise travels easily in the apartment and sometimes from other apartments, and the bedroom doors are made of glass, which you can't see through, but which light comes through if another person has a light on. (Nothing a eye mask doesn't fix). All-in-all, a great place to live.
