Please come to our office with an appointment. - DEPOSIT: Tenants have to pay the complete deposit which is double of the rent and admin fee BEFORE signing the contract and checking-in into the property. -Only students enrolled in University in Berlin can be accepted. The room is very bright and has large windows. It comes furnished with a single mattress, a working desk, one desk chair and lamps, wardrobes, curtains etc. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with 2 other rooms. There is a washing saloon in the building where the tenants can do laundry, it has an extra charge and have to be paid by yourself. Location The apartment is located in Charlottenburg, one of the best areas to live in Berlin! It has its own bathroom. It's 5 minutes walking from public transportarion: U-bhan, S-bhan, Bus. We have all the major supermarkets less than 5 minutes walking and free parking in the street. The area is extraordinarily safe. The whole building belongs to us. This way you get to be part of an existing social group of international students being part of a multicultural community. Rent includes all utility costs.
