About this apartment

Looking for a place to stay in Berlin? If so, this charming newly renovated flat could be your next home. The flat is a two-bedroom altbau near Hasenheide Park. It is in a practical location, with supermarkets, buses, U-Bahn U7 U8, and many cafés, bars, and restaurants within a 5 - 10 minute walk of the Apartment. You will be mainly living alone in the flat, as life has another plan for a roommate/landlord for now. For the months of March, April, May and June rent will be reduced to 680 as the flat below is undergoing renovation hence, there may be some noise during the day. Please note that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in.
