Die komplett möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG am Rathaus Charlottenburg. Das Zimmer und die verglaste Loggia mit Doppelbett sind nach Sueden in den sehr schönen und ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung ist daher sehr ruhig. Die Loggia dient etwa 6 Monate lang quasi als Schlafzimmer ausser in den kalten Monaten, da dort keine Heizung vorhanden ist und es zu Kondenswasserbildung kommt. In den Monaten April bis Oktober kann man dort uebernachten. In den uebrigen Monaten Nov.-März darf die Loggia wegen Kondenswasserbildung nicht genutzt werden! Das Schloss Charlottenburg, die Deutsche Oper, die Wilmersdorfer Strasse, die Technische Universität, die Universität der Kuenste und die Spree sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle M45 Richtung Zoologischer Garten liegt direkt vor der Haustuer, sehr nahe auch U2 Deutsche Oper und U7 Richard-Wagner-Platz.
