About this apartment

Please note that you have to be between 18 and 35 years old, only students are accepted. When booking this offer and that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in. Move ins are done ONLY during weekdays! So, you always have to cancel the contract with us the latest 1 month prior to them moving out, no matter what they have indicated on Uniplaces's booking details. Contract in Germany can always be terminated to the 15th or end of the month. Our flats fulfill all your daily living requirements. Every flat comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a comfortable bed with fresh linen and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport. Please mind that pictures might be only representative. Registration is provided.
