Beautiful 4-room apartment with a large eat-in kitchen and balcony. High level of equipment with individual charm. Best location - in a quiet street in Mitte, near the Parochial Church and opposite is the building of the Senate Administration. The beautiful living room is equipped with an open kitchen by Bulthaup with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and fridge/freezer combi-devices. The bedroom has a comfortable bed 200x200 with en suite bathroom with bath and shower. Next to the second bathroom, the hallway leads to the guest room with a fold-out bed, which can be used individually or with a desk for two. The bathroom has a shower and toilet as well as a washing machine and dryer. WiFi included in the rental price.
