Final cleaning fee not included on the price advertised, and need to be paid before move-out. Please note the maximum stay is 4 months. This beautiful freshly renovated apartment consists of a separate kitchen, living room with a dining table, separate WC and a bedroom with bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, cooking plate and oven, kettle, and all the cooking equipment/utensils you may need. The washing machine is also in the kitchen. There is a big wardrobe in the corridor, and a small WC with a sink. In the bedroom you can find another big wardrobe and a separate bathroom with a toilet, shower, and a bidet. In the living room there is a TV, dining table with four charis, a sofa and a lounge chair. The apartment is located in Prenzlauer Berg, which is a beautiful and safe area, filled with cafes und restaurants and lies near Volkspark Friedrichshein. You'll have only about 7 minutes to Alexanderplazt with a car, and about 12 minuter with Tram M2. What gives it an 'Altbau' feeling is the original wooden floor and high ceilings. It will be quiet inside, because the flat is located in the backhouse. So it will be berfect when you work from home or if you value quietness.
