Abbiamo riarredato l'appartamento all'inizio di quest'anno per garantire più comfort e spazio. La grande stanza ha pochi angoli per cucinare, mangiare, rilassarsi, dormire, lavorare e la seconda piccola stanza ha molteplici scopi, troppo cambiarsi, rilassarsi, lavorare, dormire. L'angolo cottura è completamente attrezzato con tutti gli elettrodomestici e una lavastoviglie. Il moderno bagno è completo di vasca e lavatrice. Le 4 finestre permettono molta luce solare, che può essere oscurata grazie alle tende cieche. Il balcone alla francese è ideale per i fumatori o per godersi il tranquillo cortile verde. Il letto che esce dal divano è molto confortevole grazie alla struttura reticolata e ad un buon materasso. L'appartamento si trova a Kreuzberg, una delle zone più popolari e vivaci di Berlino. Più precisamente si trova di fronte a Mariannenplatz, una grande piazza tranquilla ed elegante che funge da oasi verde in questo quartiere affollato. L'ex ospedale di mezzogiorno di fronte al parco è un edificio storico che ospita oggi mostre d'arte e associazioni culturali. La vicina zona di Oranienstrasse è molto popolare per lo shopping alternativo e i crawler notturni, con numerosi ristoranti internazionali, caffè unici, minuscoli negozi, boutique e bar alla moda, che attirano persone da tutta la città. I mezzi pubblici successivi sono U8/U1 Kottbusser Tor circa 400 m - U1 Görlitzer Bahnhof circa 300 m - Bus 140 ca. 100 m - Bus M29 circa 200 m Internet ad alta velocità con connessione wireless forfettaria. Non sono ammessi animali domestici e fumare solo in balcone, grazie per la vostra comprensione. Su richiesta sono disponibili lenzuola fresche, asciugamani e tappetini a un prezzo equo.
