All costs included also Internet - the Rundfunkbeitrag TV and radio tax has to be paid by you. Subletting is not possible. Minimum stay is 3 months. All rooms are meant for 1 person only. no exceptions No animals are allowed. Your flatmates will be young professionals, students, or interns between the age of 18 and 38. In the apartment, we try to ensure a friendly atmosphere, where like-minded people can have peaceful cohabitation.
