The apartment is in the attic and has two separate rooms. One is my bedroom. The other one is this 30 m2 bedroom. The room has a huge terrace, private bathroom, a large dressing room, a work area, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, air conditioning, and gas heating. It overlooks an interior patio and the 30 m2 terrace that the tenant can enjoy. Utilities included up to 60 euros/month. A set of towels, sheets, a duvet, a pillow, and cleaning/hygiene products are provided. At the end of the stay, an additional 250 euros will be charged for the contract, management fees, room package, bathroom package, and cleaning package.
