The flat includes access to a communal terrace, a balcony in the living room, and you'll be sharing it with me and my two friendly cats. Located in the vibrant Raval neighborhood, it's on a quiet street just 10 minutes from La Rambla, 15 minutes from Plaza Catalunya, and a 30-minute walk to Barceloneta Beach. Surrounded by shops, museums, coworkings, libraries, cafes, bars, and great public transport. I'm 36 and work as a body therapist. I value a peaceful living environment but enjoy occasional dinners and exploring the city. Preferably looking for a woman around my age, but open to anyone who feels like a good match. Details: 1-month deposit Short-term rental: min 1 month - max 6 months Rent: 650/month, utilities not inclued. Not suitable for remote work
