This charming apartment has an area of approximately 90 m² and is located in one of the most beautiful and vibrant neighborhoods of Barcelona, Gràcia. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people and offers 2 cozy bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed. From the double room, you can access a balcony overlooking the interior patio, where you will find a small table to enjoy the sunny climate of Barcelona. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric cooker, kettle, oven, fridge, freezer and ceramic hob. For your comfort, you will also find an iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning and washing machine, as well as free Wi-Fi. The living room also has a small balcony that offers views of the charming neighborhood of Gràcia. Although the building has an elevator, it is important to mention that the apartment is on the main floor, so to access it it will be necessary to go up one flight of stairs.
