Special for: health personnel: doctors, nurses, post-graduate students, etc. Creative people and with Tele work. Large rooms of 16 m2 each, with lots of natural light and very well ventilated. Vallcarca neighborhood, very quiet, middle/upper class area. Close to the Hospitals: Quirón, San Rafael, Vall D'Hebrón, Clínica Delfos, Centro Pere Virgili and one step away from Parque Güell. Very well connected with public transport both day and night. Transport services: Metro L3 (green), L5 (blue), Bus V19 - 22 - 129 - 87 - V17 and night buses N4 and N5. The three rooms are on the second floor without elevator and share a bathroom. On the first floor is the kitchen and living room, a toilet and patio. Single family home, with one occupant and a dog that does not access upstairs. Extra expenses: Empadronamiento, if it is necessary to register the management leaves 150 euros per person as mentioned in the optional admin fee.
