The Bedroom: Spacious and bright private single room with interior balcony, including huge built-in wardrobe, gas heating, fast internet access... in the upper area of Barcelona, in a flat completely soundproofed from the outside, 3 minutes walk from the metro El Putxet that connects to anywhere in Barcelona in minutes, and 10 minutes from some of the best universities in Barcelona. Surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets, next to the Mercat de Sant Gervasi, cinemas and several sports and tennis clubs. In addition, within a 20 minute walk you have access to the Collserola mountain where you can enjoy a unique experience for walking, jogging, escapades, or simply enjoy the views and the good weather of the city // Please note that: The deposit is equal to the highest month of rent. Admin fee can be paid at the check-in // The Tenant must pay at the beginning of his/her stay a Welcome Service fee of €250 to cover the costs of drafting and signing the legal rental Agreement, supply of two pillows, two cushions, duvet (supplied during the autumn-winter season), blanket, a set of sheets and two towels // In case the Tenants are a couple, the Welcome Service, which includes management, a second pair of towels, and a second copy of keys, will be increased by €100 // Departure service: In the last month of the agreement, a final cleaning fee of €125 will be charged, which includes deep cleaning and disinfection of the entire room, fridge, and pantry. The shallow cleaning of the room, as well as emptying and cleaning the shelves of the refrigerator, pantry, and other spaces used in the common areas, is the responsibility of the Tenant before departure. Failure to comply with this final cleaning will be penalized w/ €50.

Tibidabo and El Putxet stops and bus, and with supermarkets, Mercat de Sant Gervasi, sports clubs, cinemas and restaurants nearby // The flat has been refurbished and fully equipped with: - Designer furniture - High speed WiFi 1000mb/s - 55 4K TV - Coffee machine - Fully equipped kitchen - Washing machine - Hand and dishwashing soap, cleaning products, garbage bags, kitchen rolls and toilet paper - Prime location // Occasional guests are welcome: one guest per month for a maximum of two consecutive nights. If the extra guest wishes to stay additional nights, there will be a charge of 30 per additional night. It is necessary to inform us and the roommates of the visit.
