The house is perfect. It is located in a beautiful resort and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. You will wake up in a Spring morning listening the birds singing. Moreover, it is 15 mins walking distance from UPC and 5 mins from Colblanc metro station (you can reach the airport very easily by taking L9 metro). It is also less than 5 min from D20 bus station, if you want to relax and take a break at Barceloneta beach. There are several shops nearby; Mercadona supermarket is less than 3 min walking distance. There are 3 bike stations near the flat, so you can easily use Bicing, if you like cycling. During spring and summer you can also enjoy the swimming pool and the green yard. The room is really nice and the kitchen is equipped with everything. If you want to live in a nice place, near the university and perfectly located regarding public transport means and shops, avoiding the noise and the mess of the city center and enjoying your privacy, this will be the perfect place for you.

El lugar está perfectamente ubicado, cerca a la UPC y UB de Diagonal y a un par de minutos de la estación del metro de Colblanc. El cuarto es bastante amplio y la casa es fresca en verano y cuenta con calefacción para el invierno. La cocina es excelente.
