También cuenta con lavadora, secadora y aire acondicionado central. Los suministros del apartamento, como agua, electricidad e internet están incluidos en el precio, hasta un máximo de 60 al mes por persona. Sábanas y ropas de cama incluídas, si quieres otro set extra tendría un costo de 20. Extensión de contrato 50. Cambio de Habitación 50.
