Let's have a look at this cool apartment located in the Vila de Gràcia neighborhood! If you came all the way to Barcelona to carry on with your studies, then this nicely located flat is sure to be to your liking. Nearby, you'll find plenty of stores, cafes, and restaurants, and even better, you'll have plenty of transport links at your disposal to take you to your university! The apartment comes with a total of four bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, as well as a WC. One of the bedrooms is rather large and has a full-length window that leads to a breezy balcony. The cleaning is included just once a week in the common area. Tenants are responsible to keep clean their own rooms and the common areas for the rest of the days. NOTE: The overnight guests are allowed just a few days, during your stay as previously agreed with the landlord and they have to pay an extra fee. First of all I advice you to visit the place first before you book it. In the pictures it looks like a descent house (same for the room), but in reality it is not like this. The only positive for this house is its location. It is located in one of the most central streets of Vila de Gràcia, maybe the best district of Barcelona. However, without any hesitation this house is not value for money. The bedroom is tiny and very uncomfortable, the shower is horrible (dirty and no water pressure), the kitchen is not full equipped without even a dining table and there is not even a small living room. Last but not least, even if the common areas of the house are just 3 (bathroom, shower and kitchen) the landlord does not even provide a weekly cleaning as it is written in the announcement (it is a lie). Good luck in finding accommodation in Barcelona, stay away from this house, there are much better options than this ''house''.
