Minors are not allowed to sign or take responsibility for the apartment. 4.- It is not allowed for more people to stay in the apartment than those indicated in the reservation. 5.- The additional cost requested is part of the owner's other expenses. To be paid at check-in: the administrative fee is 16 of the total rental value together with the deposit. 6.-Check-in policy: After 15:00, as a general rule. Monday to Friday: 3:00 pm. - 6:30 p.m.: Free 6:30 pm. - 21:00 h: 30 euros 21:00 - 23:00:50 euros 23:00 - 10:00: on request. Weekends and holidays: 15:00 - 21:00:30 euros 21:00 -23:00:50 euros 23:00 -10:00: on request If your schedule is different from those mentioned, please check prices. 23.00h onwards price 90 euros if available. -The costs of the apartment electricity, water, or gas, are separate, WIFI INCLUDED IN THE RENT If the amount is exceeded, it will be deducted from the rent. Monthly utility fee is 350 euros. The cleaning fee to be paid at check-in is 280 euros.
