Ideal for students, professionals and workers, for long seasons. It has a large work room with table and sofa. There is also a double room to rest, a large closet, a small kitchen for food, television, free wifi and a complete bathroom with shower. It also has a small outdoor terrace to relax while reading. The area is very central, next to Plaza Molina and the Metropolitana, with all nearby services, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, gas stations, banks, supermarkets, etc. Just 3 km from Playa de la Barceloneta. Hall registration is possible only if the booking is for a minimum of 6 months.
