Está situado en el ático 6 piso real sin ascensor. La cocina dispone de nevera, horno, vitrocerámica, tostadora, cafetera, batidora, microondas y todos los utensilios para cocinar y comer. En el salón-comedor hay una barra con capacidad para tres personas para comer y desayunar. La terraza también dispone de una mesa más grande, además de dos butacas para relajarse.
