2 rooms in totalWe rent a room with a bright balcony. Only for a female student. Utilities not included. The price is approximately 50 euros. Conditions: No boys. No couples. The apartment is located near the Metro L4 stop "Hospital Sant pau i guinardo". The room has a balcony, single bed, curtains, single canapet bed, 2 wardrobes, mirror, electric heating. There is no air conditioning in the room. There is no lock on the door. Rental conditions: 1. Before confirming your reservation through the website, you must send us your national ID and your Spanish university registration number. 2. Deposit: one month's rent, which you must pay when signing the rental contract in person. If you do not comply with the minimum stay of 3 months, the deposit will not be returned. 3. Pets are not allowed. Parties or drug use are not allowed. Friends cannot stay overnight. If you do not comply with the rental contract, it will be terminated and you must leave the apartment. 4. You do not have to register in the apartment, nor is your NIE processed. 5. The student may use the full bathroom, kitchen and living room. 7. The student may use the washing machine once a week. Note: One or a couple live in the other room.
