The area will present you with some stores, typical restaurants, where you can try the truly Catalan gastronomy, and transport links that can offer you a quick access to Barcelona. A great plus is that this property is quite close to Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
The residence provides its guests with a variety of diets and healthy foods, always fresh, ecological and brought in from the nearest local markets. There is also an option for a vegetarian diet if desired.
The property features ample common spaces for meals, work, leisure and the interrelation between residents : a dining room, a study room, a living room and, for the months with good weather, a garden and a large terrace upper solarium that offers a wide panoramic view of the Collserola mountain range.
You’ll be connected by a greenway that allows you to reach the centre of the town of Bellaterra and its train station by a pleasant walk or bike ride. The residence is located on the limits of Parque de Collserola - a natural park, which is the great green lung of the metropolitan area of Barcelona - that offers a large dense forest crossed by a great number of routes for hiking and mountain biking.
The residence is composed by fourteen bedrooms, all of them equal, a common kitchen, and five bathrooms. You can also find a study room in the property, where you can concentrate on achieving your goals, a dining room and a living room, where you can enjoy your free time with your housemates.
Keep in mind that there's a full-board service and a laundry service available, with an added cost.

As soon as your booking is accepted, you're given the landlord’s contact details. Then, you can discuss all details directly with them, such as when you’ll be moving-in.
Students move in and out at different times, so your flatmates might change during your stay.

There are two different types of deposits: the Holding and Security deposits.
By clicking on “Deposit” at the bottom of the offer page you will get more information about each type of deposit.
In general, the deposit is paid to cover for any potential damages that may occur during your period of stay or will be used as rent compensation in case you leave earlier than originally planned.
If no damages occur and you leave on the agreed move-out date, your deposit should be refunded by the landlord in a way you both agree on.
