Esta casa de convivencia tiene su propia entrada privada desde la calle y es una casa luminosa, ya que es completamente exterior. Hay una entrada acogedora y un área común luminosa con una amplia sala de estar con TV y sofás, un cómodo comedor con una mesa grande y una cocina completamente equipada con nevera, cocina eléctrica, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, licuadora y todos los utensilios para cocinar y comer. Al lado de la zona común hay un pasillo con un pasillo donde podemos encontrar el baño grande con una amplia ducha. En esta sala también hay acceso a la zona de lavandería donde se encuentra la lavadora y la secadora. Por último, en la misma sala también encontramos el acceso a la habitación 1, una gran habitación exterior para dos personas. Al otro lado de las áreas comunes tenemos acceso a otra sala donde podemos encontrar la habitación 2 y la habitación 3. La habitación 2 es una habitación interior grande con terraza privada y la habitación 3 es una habitación grande individual y exterior. Esta es la casa perfecta para colivers que quieren vivir tranquilamente, junto a una zona verde del Parc del Guinardó y disfrutar de una increíble experiencia de convivencia. TENGA EN CUENTA QUE LA TARIFA DE ADMINISTRACIÓN ES DE 250 EUROS DE FORMA INDIVIDUAL, DOS HUÉSPEDES EN LA HABITACIÓN 1 TENDRÍAN QUE PAGAR 500 EUROS DE TARIFA DE ADMINISTRACIÓN.
