La calefacción es individual, es un emisor térmico eléctrico .En las inmediaciones de esta propiedad, tiene el famoso estadio Camp Nou, tiendas, restaurantes, farmacias, bancos, varios parques y enlaces de transporte en autobús y el Metro a 200 mt. La proximidad a las universidades también es una ventaja, muy cerca de la Facultad de Biología de la Universidad de Barcelona, Facultad de Química y Matemáticas y muchas otras facultades.
