Amazing penthouse with the private terrace in the heart of Eixample dret next to Girona metro station L4. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, it is fully furnished and equipped. It has several study/work space and we provide a 1Gb optical fiber wifi for a better connection. The living room facing the terrace is full of light and very cosy, open to the kitchen. It provides a great space for a group of friend or family wanting to enjoy a sunny terrace. The bedroon has 2 medium size bed 105cm x 190cm. They can be separated or together. The other one has a double bed 120cm x 190cm. The area is very nice with plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets. It is walking distance to city centre and only 100m from metro Girona line 4, which is direct to go to the beach 15minutes. NO AGENCY FEES ARE CHARGED.
