Es un 2o piso 4o real sin ascensor. Piso muy luminoso con 7 habitaciones 2 de ellas pueden ser compartidas, 4 baños 2 en suite, salón - comedor con cocina abierta. La cocina dispone de 2 neveras, horno, vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, tostadora, cafetera, batidora, microondas y todos los utensilios para cocinar y comer. En la galería del salón-comedor hay una mesa para 10 personas y una zona de tendedero. La lavandería dispone de lavadora y secadora una máquina de cada. Dispone de AACC y bomba de calor en todo el piso, TV en el salón y en todas las habitaciones. Servicio de WiFi y mantenimiento incluido. El barrio Gótico está lleno de historia, ya que es una de las partes más antiguas de Barcelona.
