Two double bedrooms, equipped with 2 single beds, wardrobe and table. One faces the street, the other one faces a large inner courtyard. The third room is on the upper level, with the lower ceiling. Dining room with table, chairs and sofa. Sideboard and TV. Kitchen equipped with appliances: fridge, oven, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso machine. Two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the second with a shower tray. Hot/Cold Air Conditioner. Maximum capacity: 6 people, ideal 3 or 4. The landlord does not rent to tenants under 23 years of age.
