It stands out for its combination of original elements such as its Catalan vault ceilings, wooden floors, brick, stone and mosaics with modern and current details. In its meters there are differentiates the day and night areas, with a spacious living room and kitchen with an island in the day area that make it a perfect space to enjoy lunches and dinners with friends and family. The night area is separated by a corridor and has 3 double bedrooms, equipped with wardrobes, a work space and two bathrooms, one of them incorporated into a bedroom suite. Fully equipped with appliances, a wide variety of kitchen utensils, high-speed WIFI, TV, and heating. The location is perfect, in the heart of the Eixample, next to Calle Enrique Granados, an area full of bars, restaurants and organic shops.
