The location is amazing. Be aware that the landlady charges over 70 euros for utilities even when the heating is off. I was also charged 20 euros cleaning fee that was not stated in the contract. The kitchen sink is also always piled up with dirty dishes, so it is not always pleasant to cook.

The apartment is small but well furnished. The room is spacious. The neighborhood is really nice.

I didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment because I was very busy but overall it was ok, very close to Arc de Triomf and Parc de la Cuitadella. Lots of supermarkets nearby and close to major bike lanes.
