Fully equipped with a double bed and a large desk with an exceptional terrace. HOUSE RULES: Guests : Exceptionally - Previous authorization from the Landlord is required according to Guest policies including charge 10€ per night.(Je parle aussi Français si tu le souhaites! Hablo español también si prefieres!) Check-in times begin at 4 p.m. from Monday to Friday. After 7pm, €35 will be charged. If Check-in is made on weekends and holidays, a fee of €35 will be charged.
