The apartment has capacity for four people, there are 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, balcony and a bathroom. Utilities are covered to a certain extent considering that they must be used briefly. Guests are not allowed in the apartment. Payment of one month's deposit to be returned upon departure, except: in case of damage, or leaving before the departure date agreed upon in the reservation.
