El piso tiene 3 habitaciones, no hay ascensor, pero es una primera planta. La habitación tiene una cama de 105cm x 190cm, medida confortable, incluye juego de cama, sábanas, edredón, toallas. Es para una sola persona. El piso tiene calefacción en todas las estancias y aire acondicionado en el comedor. El metro está a la puerta de casa, a un minuto caminando L3 la verde la cual conecta con todas las otras líneas. Todos los autobuses a la mano que llevan a todas las direcciones. A una calle está el bus nocturno. Por aquí podrán encontrar de todo, farmacia, supermercados Mercadona, Día, Clarel, etc., carnicerías. Las universidades que te quedan bien son: UIC Barcelona Universidad Internacional de Cataluña, Universidad de Barcelona, Universidad Ramón Llul, Facultad de psicología-Universidad de Bercelona, UOC- Universidad Oberta de Cataluña, Campus Mundet - Universidad de Barcelona.
