En la casa, hay una cocina totalmente equipada de 15 m2 , un baño de 12 m2 con una ducha y un aseo a parte que se encuentra cerca de la cocina. La casa esta situada en el barrio de «La Floresta» (San Cugat del Valles) a 10 kms del centro de Barcelona detrás del «Tibidabo«. A 15 min directo con ferrocarriles de la pza Cataluña. Se puede aparcar facilmente en la calle a pocos metros de la casa. Perfecto para una persona a quien le gusta la naturaleza. Los lugares comunes deben estar compartidos con los habitantes de la casa (un chico de chile y el hijo de la propietaria de 20 años y otro huesped. La casa tiene calefacción eléctrica o de gas, lavadora, nevera, cafetera, INTERNET WIFI. Sábanas y toallas disponibles. En cuanto a la ubicación, esta a 3 min andando de la estacion de ferrocarril/Métro : «La Floresta», al lado del parque de «Collserola» y «Tibidabo». Cerca de esa calle hay el autobús que pasa que viene directo de la estación. Es un barrio bonito muy tranquilo, únicamente con casas. Hay también una panadería,una farmacia,un ambulatorio y bares. 15 min en tren de la «Plaza Cataluña»,centro de Barcelona. La habitación H1 tiene su propia entrada, directamente desde el jardín. Para acceder a las salas comunes hay que subir escaleras fuera de la habitación.
