Lease agreements are governed by the Urban Leases Act (LAU). The duration is established for an initial period of one year (with a minimum stay of 6 months). Contracts always begin on the 1st and end on the 30th/31st. The monthly rent is due in full (regardless of the check-in or check-out date). A draft of the rental agreement will be sent one week prior to your arrival for your review. The original, signed, and stamped copy will be provided at check-in only after the security deposit and any other outstanding charges have been paid. NOTE: - Payment methods at check-in: bank transfer or cash (no cards) - Access to the apartment and key handover will only take place after full payment of all amounts. // Tenants will have to pay the property tax and the garbage collection fee. / This property is for tenants aged 18 to 35.
