The loft-style apartment is divided into two separate areas, which are connected by a door with a lock that can be used if desired. Each area has its own full bathroom. The first space features two sofa beds, a table with four chairs, and a bathroom. It is decorated with mirrors and sculptures. The second space includes another full bathroom, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a new refrigerator, and a Japanese screen separating the sleeping area. The bedroom has a new double bed with a new mattress, and the bed frame includes storage space for suitcases or other belongings. There is also a wardrobe and adjustable lighting, with white or colored lights to create different ambiances. Additionally, there is a small interior terrace with a table, chairs, a washing machine, and a dryer. The apartment is located on the ground floor, so there are no stairs. An alarm system is included in the rental price. The entrance opens directly to the street and has two doors: a glass door and a metal door with remote control. The apartment is located in a multicultural neighborhood, close to major sports facilities, swimming pools, and the beach. It is also near shopping centers, museums, and art spaces.
