3 rooms in totalDESCRIPTION It is located next to the AUTONOMOUS UNIVERSITY OF BARCELONA UAB and the Aviation School of the Sabadell Aerodrome, making it the ideal place for students and workers at these institutions. All its streets are of FREE AND FREE PARKING. It is 20 minutes by car 18 km or 40 minutes by public transport train or bus metro from the center of BARCELONA. Badia del Vallés is a small town of working people and immigrants, it is not a tourist spot, but a very urban small town, surrounded by wooded areas and parks. A few meters away, there are 3 supermarkets, banks, bakeries, pharmacies, shops, two shopping centers and a sports center with a heated pool that is economical. The building is not luxurious but for working people, but it has an ELEVATOR and contracted cleaning of common areas. The apartment has 2 double rooms and 1 single, so 3 to 5 people can stay. Common areas: 1 Bathroom with shower Living room: air conditioning, fan, heating, sofa, dining table, chairs and TV Kitchen: oven, fridge, freezer, clothes washer, dishwasher, and utensils. Windows everywhere, lots of light and ventilation. Each room has an external lock and an internal latch. You will have a set of sheets, blanket, duvet and towels for you. The owners, cleaners and maintenance people can enter the apartment to make repairs, pick up items, etc., if necessary, respecting privacy and giving notice. HOUSE RULES: - It is not allowed to SMOKE, nor to have ANIMALS or PETS. It is also not allowed to change the distribution of furniture. - Do not touch the heating and air conditioning thermostat, it is automated and if manipulated, it sends alerts to the hosts. Maximum 21 winter heating and 24 summer air conditioners. - Do not plug in electric heaters or other types of high-consumption appliances, such as electric stoves, special lighting, etc. The service sends alerts to hosts when it detects more consumption than usual. - When leaving the house, lock the door and windows, leave the windows open and the blinds almost closed, leaving a small crack open. In this way, minimal ventilation of the home is allowed, avoiding moisture due to condensation and preventing rain from entering. - DO NOT LEAVE LIGHTS OR APPLIANCES ON UNNECESSARILY, OR FAUCETS OPEN when, out of ecological and economic awareness and to avoid the risk of accidents. - Includes internet and electricity, gas and water expenses, up to a limit of 30 per month. If it is exceeded, the corresponding amount must be paid for this room, adding the three bills and dividing them by 3 rooms. - DO NOT LEAVE FOOD DEBRIS in the kitchen or in other spaces without picking up or throwing away. - WASH USED DISHES AND KITCHEN UTENSILS so that they do not attract INSECTS. -The cleaning that is included is that of the guest's entrance, but during the stay, cleaning is the responsibility of the guests. If there are problems with the cleaning of those who live together, they will be forced to pay for a cleaning of common areas to be carried out by someone sent by the hostess, at the expense of paying the guests, weekly or as deemed necessary. The money must be left in the house the day before cleaning, in cash on the dining table and the cleaning will be done as often as possible, trying to keep it when the guests are not at home, to avoid disturbing them - Have a respectful and friendly coexistence with other guests. Wash and store the things they use cooking, eating, washing, etc., when they finish using it, do not leave anything accumulated in the kitchen, bathroom or common spaces. - Each guest must maintain excellent personal hygiene, so as not to disturb the others they live with and to take care of the bed and bathroom linen provided. If this is not met, it can cause expulsion, losing your reservation. - The hosts can enter the apartment for condition checks or repairs, to collect personal things and if necessary, make use of it, sharing the house with the guests. - Guests will have the kitchen utensils, appliances, linen and towels that are left at their disposal in the house, but if they want anything else that is not available, they must purchase or obtain them by their own means, as well as the cleaning materials, toilet paper, detergents, condiments, etc., that they may need during their stay. - Have a respectful coexistence with the people they live with and with the neighborhood, but always maintaining discretion in terms of not giving information about the house or the hostess, maintaining the desired privacy. - Carefully handle any object in the apartment and if something breaks by accident, replace it. If something related to home maintenance breaks down, let the hostess know quickly. - Comply with the agreed dates and times for arrival and departure and return everything, in the same state of conservation in which it was received. - Respect the schedules of neighborhood coexistence and nature. Take out the garbage, keep the floor facilities and common areas in good condition.
